Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Viktor Laszlo Vincze, a sole proprietor trading as Tymbook at Buchwies 17, 54426 Büdlich, Germany.Viktor Laszlo Vincze provides and operates Tymbook.

By creating an account, using Tymbook or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. If you use Tymbook for a business or invite team members, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business and are responsible for their permitted use.

Provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials and API tokens secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. A human account can belong to more than one studio; each studio controls its own memberships, permissions, calendars and customer records.

Studio owners and managers are responsible for the services, availability, staff information, booking policies, public pages and custom domains they publish, and for obtaining any permissions required to collect or use customer data.

Tymbook provides scheduling, booking, communication, automation and developer tools. Features and limits depend on the current plan. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, integrations or limits, and will give reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid plan.

The Free plan has no subscription charge. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe in the currency shown at Checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, plan charges already paid are not refundable merely because you stop using Tymbook before that period ends.

A studio, not Tymbook, provides the underlying appointment or service. The studio is responsible for descriptions, prices, availability, fulfilment, cancellations, customer support, consumer-law obligations, taxes and disputes with its bookers. Bookers must provide accurate information and follow the studio's stated policies.

You keep ownership of content and data you submit. You give Tymbook the limited permission needed to host, copy, process, display and transmit it to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that content, including customer details, images, intake questions and connected domains.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it. Tymbook asks for confirmation before Agent write actions are applied, but you remain responsible for instructions, confirmations and changes made through Agent Chat, email, connected messaging channels, API, MCP, WebMCP or webhooks.

Keep integrations and tokens within your control, grant only necessary access, and secure systems that receive Tymbook data. Do not bypass plan limits, rate limits, confirmation steps or access controls, and do not use automation to send spam or make unlawful decisions.

Some features depend on services such as Google, Stripe, OpenRouter and its model providers, Telnyx, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Meta's WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, domain providers, and destinations you configure. Their availability, terms, limits and data practices are outside Tymbook's control. You are responsible for following their terms and for charges you separately agree to with them.

Eligible studios can collect booking deposits through their own Stripe connected account. The studio is the seller of its services; Stripe processes the payment and pays funds to the studio on its schedule. Tymbook receives transaction status and identifiers needed to manage the booking and refund flow.

Tymbook charges the studio a 1% platform fee on each successful deposit, in addition to Stripe's fees. A studio-initiated cancellation triggers a refund. A booker cancellation triggers one when it falls inside the studio's configured refund window. When Tymbook successfully processes a full deposit refund, its 1% platform fee is returned too. Provider delays or failures can leave a refund pending; the studio remains responsible for resolving payment disputes, chargebacks, taxes and any refund promised to its customer.

Do not use Tymbook to break the law, infringe rights, deceive or harass people, send unsolicited messages, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, access another account or studio, overload the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or resell access except through a written agreement. Do not place secrets or data you are not authorized to use into prompts, forms, integrations or public pages.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to stop abuse, protect people or data, comply with law, address non-payment, or prevent harm to Tymbook or its providers. When practical, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

You can stop using Tymbook and cancel a paid plan at any time. Contact info@tymbook.com for an account data or closure request. Ending use does not erase payment obligations, provider records, backups or terms that by their nature must continue, including ownership, payment, disclaimers and liability limits.

We work to keep Tymbook secure and available, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any integration, error-free AI output, a particular business result, or that Tymbook alone satisfies every legal or industry requirement that applies to your business.

To the extent permitted by law, Tymbook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss caused by a studio's services, user content, third-party providers, unauthorized credentials or decisions made from AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as Tymbook changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice before a material change takes effect when reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any paid plan.
